AFGHAN ROYAL
Kabul, Afghanistan
General trading — import & export
Prepared for World of Concrete Asia — Shanghai, August 12–14, 2026

We trade across borders. Right now, we're following the route into construction materials.

Afghan Royal is a general trading company built on moving goods where Afghanistan needs them — from everyday commodities to, increasingly, the construction materials our rebuilding economy is demanding. That's what brings us to Shanghai this August.

What we trade

A general trading house, expanding by demand

We don't specialize in one commodity — we specialize in reading what Afghanistan's markets need next and building the supply chain to bring it in. That's led us into three growing categories.

01 — Established

Consumer & household goods

Imported staples and household products distributed through retail partners across Kabul and surrounding provinces — our original and still largest trading line.

02 — Established

Agricultural inputs

Seed, fertilizer and basic equipment sourced internationally and distributed to farming cooperatives, supporting local agricultural output.

03 — Newest, fastest-growing

Construction materials

Concrete additives, flooring and mortar products brought in to meet rebuilding demand — the newest line in our portfolio, and the reason for this trip.

Why World of Concrete Asia, why now

Our newest trading line needs the right suppliers

Entering construction materials means finding manufacturers we can trust for quality, price and reliable export logistics — relationships that are far easier to build in person than over email. World of Concrete Asia brings the concrete, flooring and mortar suppliers we need under one roof, in the one city, on one trip.

Abdul Shabir Ahadi
President & CEO, Afghan Royal

Abdul Shabir Ahadi has led Afghan Royal since its founding, growing it from a single import line into a diversified trading company supplying consumer goods, agricultural inputs and, most recently, construction materials across nine provinces. He personally leads sourcing decisions for every new trading line the company enters — which is why he is the one traveling to Shanghai as Afghan Royal moves into construction materials.

"Every new category we've traded in started the same way — I went and met the suppliers myself before we signed anything. Construction materials will be no different. That's why I need to be in Shanghai for this show." — Abdul Shabir Ahadi, President & CEO, Afghan Royal
